Another great experience. Went to see Dr. Al for a routine cleaning and a cap fell off that was installed by an out of state dentist. Dr. Al and his staff reinstalled the cap in a jiffy and with NO PAIN. Thank You again Dr Al and your awesome staff. If you are not using Dr. Al for all your dental needs you doing your self a HUGE disfavor.

I highly recommend this Dr. Fernandez-Carol. My son broke his tooth in college and came home to have it taken care of by Dr. Fernandez-Carol, who squeezed him in on Good Friday. We are impressed by the repair and his flawless work. Thanks so much!

No Fear Dentist. Most of us are terrified of dentist, I know I was until I met Dr Fernandez Carol and staff. The minute you walk in you are greeted in a warm and friendly manner. Dr. Fernandez Carol is patient and understands your apprehension and immediately puts you at ease. He devotes as much time as he can to learn about you and explain every step of the way. He is the BEST and so is his staff. Thank you Dr Fernandez Carol!

Stay Dental Healthy with the A-Team: I've been a patient for nearly 10 years and I remain impressed with the highly professional team, the quality care of Dr. Fernandez, and the caring atmosphere--from Vickie at the front desk through and including Belinda, the best hygienist I've ever had--and I've had many cleanings over the years. Awesome team! When I first went to Dr. Alvaro Fernandez-Carol practice, I hated everything about going to the dentist. Because I had such horrible experiences with other practices. My first visit I was terrified but he was so nice and personable even though I was hesistant he made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. From there on he is and will be the only person I trust to do work in my mouth. Everyone is so welcoming and proffesional. I recommend him to anyone.

Outstanding Service!!! Highly recommend! If you need professional services, if you want to be treated with respect by very professional and friendly staff, there is no other place to go other than this one. First time visit. Super awesome!!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Alvaro is an amazing Dentist and a great person!! He has a great personality and he has lot of experience. He performed today's eight fillings with such ease. I felt comfortable through the entire process. Highly recommend!

Best cleaning ever! After several experiences (some bad some better) those years I finally found a great one. Belinda was excellent in all ways. Professional, accurate giving information, honest and nice-ready to help attitude. No complaints at all, so she has become my bet for following years. Also I had a dental exam and most likely I will be with Dr. Alvaro for next steps. All team is awesome! Highly recommended.

Sep 13, 2015While waiting for husband, the doctor came out to see how I was doing, I explained to him my situation, so then he took me in and they did a full mouth x ray, took pictures with his camera of all angles. I am 54 years of age and never had a dentist take all these pics, let alone the amount of time after to explain what solutions were available. His bedside manner was impeccable! And the ladies that work in the office and help him were awesome! Thank you very much for your time, honesty and patience!!!!!!.

Dear Prospective (or current) patients of Dr. Fernandez-Carol:
My first introduction to Dr. Fernandez was in May of 2010 under very unfortunate circumstances. A few prior, I had fallen on my face after slipping on wet tile. I broke my maxilla( upper jaw bone) and severely damaged five of my front teeth. I showed up at his office in severe pain after facial surgery with my front teeth pieced together with a brace and bonding material. I looked like the poster for Dr. Bukk teeth.
I do not remember much about my first few days of the fall, but I do remember how comforting, caring, knowledgeable, reassuring, and gentle Dr. Fernandez was with me. He explained to me what I could expect as far as treatment and needless to say, I was very nervous. I did not want anyone even looking at my mouth much less working on it.
Over the next two and a half years I faced three root canals, palatal expansion, another surgery to place an implant (performed by a periodontist) and five crowns. Dr. Fernandez always made sure I was comfortable (thank God for that little blue pill!) and never made me feel bad that I was nervous. He did such a good job on my temporaries that my family and friends all thought the work was already done.
Six weeks from now will be the third anniversary of the day I fell, and my teeth look better than they did before. No one can believe I have five crowns and that they look so natural. Dr. Fernandez is a perfectionist and an artist. His work is beautiful. I am so grateful that he was the one who did my work. I know that no one else could have done it better because my crowns are prettier than anyone I know!
I should give one word of warning: Once you have work done by Dr. Fernandez, you will be so spoiled that no else will compare. So beware!
